ATTENTION: The $100 dollar security deposit is required to hold your reservation. Provided you do not cancel your reservation and we find all inventory complete and property undamaged, we will return the security deposit by mail to you within 72 hours of your exit. If damages or the value of missing property exceeds the $100 security deposit, you will be obligated to reimburse us for the additional cost of repair or replacement. Moneys in excess of $100, paid prior to your arrival, will apply to your rental and shall be refunded to you should you cancel.

Please note: Due to past difficulties, we cannot accept payments for more than the rental fee. If this should happen, your check or money order will be returned to you uncashed and your reservation will be cancelled.
